We just placed our first order at the start of this week. The delivery was well organized and the meals were clean eating with side sauce and citrus wedges to enhance the flavors to our liking! So glad we found this local business! It makes lunches and breakfasts for the week seamless to take an item off our plate while still being able to eat healthy!
Oh my god the food from here is always perfect. It doesn't matter what it is! I've never had a bad meal. The chicken is always so flavorful and cooked so well. The chicken shawarma I got last week was a nice surprise, since I usually don't love cauliflower but it was all so good! And anytime I've talked to someone, they've been super nice. Meal prepping has always seemed great to me in theory, but I honestly despise cooking so they're definitely worth it if it's something you're able to do. 😁
I’m so glad that this meal service exists! As a single mom with two teens, I love the ability to order a la carte. We can each choose the meals we want. And the delivery packaging is reused by the company and the meal packaging is recyclable. And I love that they provide the meals’ nutritional info. I’ll definitely be ordering again.
Prepped Eats is the best meal prep service for taste, convenience and consistency. Every meal was delicious and delivered straight to my home. Nothing was frozen and the sauces provided are better than any restaurant in the area. Great value and opportunity to support a local business.
I always order food from Prepped Eats, and it’s always fresh and absolutely delicious. I love having ready-to-eat meals in my fridge- it’s such a lifesaver when I’m busy with work. The flavors are amazing, large portions that I can turn into an extra meal & the owners have provided some of the best customer service I’ve had from a delivery type store. YUMMMMMM!!! I have been ordering from Prepped Eats for a few years and each time they really deliver on quality and flavor (also, they deliver). It is so convenient to choose meals, have them delivered to my front door, and not have to worry about going to the grocery store that week. My husband and I are so busy so this makes healthy eating low effort. A lot of meals are already in various fitness trackers so it’s a great way to track my macros without having to put much thought into it. Not to mention the food is SO GOOD!! I’m not sure how they get garlic-pepper steak so perfect but I dream about it sometimes.

One thing I would suggest and doesn't impact my rating, is have new meal options frequently. It feels like the same meals every week and would like more options and variety. Would like to try new recipes.
